In Mexico City we don’t use heaters neither air conditioner. We recommend you to keep track on weather forecast and make your bags with clothes that will fit better according the weather. In rainy season the hammock and the rugs won’t be available.
The layout of this house is like no other, which makes part of it's magic but it's also important for you to understand.
Ground floor: first you have the garage adjacent to the patio, the enter to the house and you'll find a king size bedroom, living room, dining room, half bathroom (toilet) and the kitchen.
Floor 1: 3 king size bedrooms, the main bathroom, and outside you'll fin the laundry and an outdoor shower.
To go to the top floor you'll find 3 ways, a door in the hall next to the main bathroom, the black stairs in the middle room (perfect for when it's raining), a door in the first room where you can find the laundry too.
Top floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 full size bedroom, the three of them directly connected to the rooftop with a complete bathroom at the end.
Guests will have access to all house areas.

Hipódromo Condesa a.k.a. Condesa is a vibrant area within walking distance from delicious, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The property has close access to the city center and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum.
In Condesa you can choose to eat in a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk or rent a bike for a week and go wherever you want.
Close by to some of the main avenues in the city such as Insurgentes and Paseo de la Reforma,Roma neighborhood is easily accesible by several other streets and avenues. With subway & metrobus stations near by and an ample bike-share program, you can easily get anywhere in the city.
Uber is always a great way to get around. We would also be happy to arrange a private car service if necessary.
