The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Explore the area by enjoying a quick run, a career bike, or a scooter. Marina Walk across the street offers a chance to explore the marina area. Take a stroll to Bluewaters Island via the bridge connecting JBR and Bluewaters.

For adventurous souls, experience the most protracted urban zipline or the famous Dubai Skydiving. To explore the seas surrounding JBR and capture some photos with Burj Al Arab and Bluewaters, consider renting a yacht from the Marina.

Discover various restaurants along JBR, such as The Walk and Marina Walk. Additionally, there is a Carrefour supermarket on the lobby level of the building.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest tram station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 1, is just a 3-minutes walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you will be considerate of this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
