With ample room for four individuals, the apartment offers a spacious and comfortable living environment. Rest assured; your safety is a top priority as the building features a secure electronic entry system. In addition, to further enhance security, cameras are strategically placed in the main areas of the building.

-Free parking is typically available right in front of the building. Except for Monday - Friday 4pm - 6pm. You will have to move your car to the next block.
-Please keep the front door of the building closed at all times - pull tightly!
-NO smoking is allowed. If smoke is detected there will be an extra cleaning fee.
