Large groups will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the four spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has three full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with toilet.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight plus 2 kitchen island chairs and 3 additional dining seat and table), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. We also provide coffee for your stay. Possible wear and tear might seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

The large living room area is decked out with a comfy sofa, a 55” Smart TV, a foosball table, pool table and an arcade game. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

Free parking is available on the property for two vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than two vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
