The Space:
Picture this: as you roll up to Bella Vida, a jaw-dropping 25-foot waterfall says, "Hello, fabulous!" Seriously, it's the kind of entrance that makes your insta-followers green with envy. And right past that, you'll find the Italian-inspired Clubhouse.
Now, the Clubhouse? It's not your grandma's clubhouse – this thing is massive, like, over 6,700 sqft of pure awesomeness. It's got everything you can dream of: a concierge service that's practically your genie in a bottle, a giant, heated resort pool that's begging for a cannonball contest, an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, a cyber cafe for all your Wi-Fi needs, a lounge for when you’re feeling social, a fitness center to sweat out that last buffet indulgence, and activities galore – beach volleyball, basketball, a kids' playground, and so much more. As you pull up to your 6-bedroom house, you'll find plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway, because the garage has been converted into a billiards room for your entertainment! Your crew will have loads of fun in here when they've had too much sun for the day.
As you step inside and down the hall, you'll be greeted by a spacious open concept living design. The lounge area has plush comfy seating and a large flat screen smart TV. You'll notice a large capacity dining table, with room for 8 guests, and another 4 more dining places at the kitchen island bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cupboard space, and high end appliances. You'll have everything you need to whip up and serve some fantastic home-made meals, or just pop open those take-out containers! Through the sliding glass doors, you'll see the gorgeous lake views beyond your back patio.
The screened-in patio features a private swimming pool and sun loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. You'll love the fantastic views of the lake, and the added privacy of no rear facing neighbours. There's also a poolside outdoor dining area, and you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill!
The amenities continue upstairs, where you'll find a loft theatre with a massive movie projector and projection screen. Perfect for winding down after a long day at the theme parks. Bring your own popcorn!
There's space for your whole crew since 12 guests can be hosted at a time in the 6-bedrooms, and the home is pet-friendly. There are two King sized suites on the ground level of the home; one with a sparkling en suite; and two Queen sized suites upstairs. The upstairs level also has two childrens rooms, each with two twin beds.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."
Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.
You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.
The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 8 miles from Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.
Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.
Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.

1. There is basic cookware available in the house.
2. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.
3. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.
4. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
