This fully renovated condo in a quiet West End neighborhood features a large, flowing living space with a stainless steel chef's kitchen, farmhouse dining table, and two comfortable sitting areas to gather with friends. Out back, enjoy your large, private, landscaped yard with ample seating and a gas grill, perfect for summer drinks and cookouts. And when you're not hanging out at home, it's just a short stroll to West End shopping, dining, and entertainment - and the harbor front and breakwater are also just a few blocks away.

Basic cable is provided through YouTube TV, and premium services are accessible with your own credentials. Bonuses include a wine fridge, in-home washer/dryer, lovely gardens, a back porch for morning coffee, and a glimpse of the harbor. (The fireplace is not operational.)

The bedrooms and public spaces are cooled with split-system air-conditioning units, and the large primary bedroom has a private bath/steam room.
