Step back in time with a stay at our uniquely restored 1923 home in lower Laurel Park. Our home is a 1-minute bike ride to the Ecusta Trail and Southern Streams Coffee. Within a 5-minute walk is Laurel Park, Rhododendrun Park and several small waterfalls found off a beautifully shaded and winding gravel path. 4 miles up the road is Jump-Off Rock with commanding views of 4 states and it's own 3 miles of trail. Within 25 minutes you can enjoy an amble at the Carl Sandburg Home, the quaint shops of downtown Hendersonville, the abundant trails of DuPont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest, Pleasant Ridge County Park, Oklahawa Greenway, Holmes Educational State Forest and for you fellow mountain bikers....the thrill of either Kanuga Bike Park or Rock Creek. Our neighborhood is rich with history, tranquility and wildlife and trail runners, cyclists, bears and deer are all common sights from our front porch.
