It features a beautiful living room which is open to the dining area and kitchen. Just off the main living space enjoy the light filled sunroom with a wall of windows and breathtaking views. This waterfront property has a swimming beach and privacy. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Best view in Wellfleet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loves this home and the location couldn't be better. There are a few things that could be improved given the cost of the rental-the wall-to-wall carpeting is, well, disgusting. It's way over 20 years old-it was old when we began renting 21 years ago. Also, kitchen floor needs a DEEP clean. Whole house could use a deep clean. But LOVE this house!
