Small deck off the kitchen with a gas grill and seating for outdoor cooking and enjoying those warm summer days. All three bedrooms are on the second floor including one bath. Fully equipped kitchen with a table, den, living room and one bath are on the first floor. Great yard for kids to play. Nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants and activities. Five minute drive to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens - a must see! Many boat excursions to delight all.
