Though you may feel worlds away from civilization, this 1-bed, 1-bath vacation rental actually sits just minutes from Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake attraction.
The space
this is a old hunting cabin that was built in the 40s that has been modernized on the inside and sets on a dead end road in the national forest only the host/owner and one neighbor lives there so is very quite and relaxing with the neighbor feeding the deer about 430 pm ever day
Guest access
it is in national forest so you can walk with out little or no traffic
Other things to note
what everybody that has stayed here in the last 3 years says what they like is how quite and away from the fast pace of life , fire wood is at the cabin

Stayed a few nights
Backwoods Hideaway was secluded and very quiet. A perfect place to relax and watch the deer feed. We had one small problem with the tv and Kendra took care of that. The owner, Mr. Webb paid a visit and gave us some local information. We enjoyed being in the woods.

Backwoods Hideout is the exactly what we got! This cute cabin was hidden way back in the woods & super quiet! We sat on the porch & watched the deer & squirrels for hours every morning and evening. The lake & river are beautiful. We hiked the spillway loop & then went down to a spot on the lake. The water is crystal clear! Knotted Rope Winery & Hochatown Distillery are a must!! Best vodka & bourbon we have had. We can’t wait to be back!
