About this property

Come for the BBQ. Stay for the art. And the cowboy pool. And the sauna. And the vibes. This little getaway was designed for you to find a little peace, and have some fun too. Decked out with great amenities and plenty to do. Plus, you're just a 15-minute walk (3-minute drive) to Lockhart's historic town square and a 35-minute drive to Austin.

The space
Our property is quite unique - you'll have the back guest house & entire yard to yourself. We are in the front house but believe in privacy and want you to enjoy the space like it's your own little retreat.

The guest house is in the shape of a cube & has two sides connected by a bathroom.

✤ The right side of the guest house has a living room with TV, kitchenette, and a sitting area.
✤ The left side of the guest house has your bedroom, desk, sitting area, and a day bed.

Indoor amenities include an arcade machine, Sonos sound system, Philips Hue lights for excellent vibes, record player w/ records, board games, yoga mat & blocks, books & kitchen amenities.

Kitchen amenities include a Nespresso machine, electric tea kettle, retro medium sized fridge, dishes and glassware, and a Wonder Oven (bakes, air fry, reheat, toast).

Outdoor amenities include a sauna, cowboy pool, grill, fire pit/fire wood, baggo/corn hole, deck, dining table, and ever-growing garden.

Guest access
The entire guest house & outside spaces behind the fence.

Other things to note
We are excited to be new hosts and welcome you to enjoy our space like your own. Over the years we've stayed in dozens of short term rentals and took those experiences to create this little dreamy guest house.
