As you drive up to home, you’ll be wowed by the stunning landscaping and serene location of this resort-style home. The established and peaceful neighborhood is one of Paradise Valley’s finest, with direct views of Mummy Mountain.

Entering through the front door, you’ll immediately notice the well-appointed, beautifully designed Mountain Ridge aesthetic. YOU’VE ARRIVED! Directly to the right, the living room will catch your eye. It houses a large sectional and a Lovesac beanbag positioned in front of a large screen TV and is one of three living room spaces. Adjacent to the entry living room is a spacious dining room with seating for 10. It’s a perfect space to indulge in a private chef’s cooked meal or celebrate with a fun-filled family game night. Next, you’ll certainly want to check out the large fully stocked kitchen, filled with the best cooking tools and appliances. You’ll say to yourself, “this is not your typical vacation rental”. If you’re looking for a pizza oven, Kitchen aid, crockpot, blender, or a coffee maker, we have you covered! The kitchen peninsula overlooks the second living room, complete with a 75” TV, a fireplace and beautiful views to the backyard. Want to play a game of poker? The sunroom is just a glass sliding door away, with a card table that overlooks the pool and BBQ. Want to watch a movie? Head down the hall and check out the comfortable theater room with an 86” TV, another bean bag and a cozy Lovesac sectional.

The home has 4 bedrooms, which allows for a variety of sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has it's own TV with access to youtubeTV (similar to standard cable). All bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. The showstopper is certainly the newly renovated master ensuite, which includes a soaker tub and steam shower.

And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This private resort-like yard will make you want to reconsider your plans of ever leaving. The Mountain Ridge experience includes options and amenities for every type of traveler. Are you a soak-up-the-sun and relax type of vacationer? Grab a spot on a patio lounger, overlooking the pool and soak up some vitamin D. Are you a can’t-sit-still type of traveler? Play some billiards while getting a tan, or a competitive game of golf on the private 4-hole putting green, or a game of corn hole or ping pong. After a long day of either relaxing, activities or both, we’d highly recommend reclining on the lounge chairs and watching the sunset, surrounded by the stunning mountain views and colorful Arizona skies. This will be the moment you say to yourself, “BEST VACATION EVER!”.

Guests will have access to the entire home, excluding the detached garage.
