Just a few steps to your private beach access. Gated and secure property with plenty of parking.

Centrally located with many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities near by. A short drive to Valley de Guadalupe, the local vineyards; Puerto Nuevo, the famous lobster village; and the fun and exiting towns of Rosarito and Ensenada.

You will have access to the full house. This is a two story house. Bedrooms are on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds. Living room, full kitchen, and dining room are on the ground floor. Balconies in every room, amazing views everywhere! The ground floor also has a terrace. Laundry room available on request.

Access to full outdoor property. Enjoy the beach and gardens.

Host is often out of the country. Best communication would be through the app or text.

Private Estate located off the main highway. South of Puerto Nuevo and Las Ventanas.

Gated entry. Connected to the main highway which takes you both North or South. Plenty of parking on site.

Owners live on site. This is a quiet and peaceful space. Please be respectful of house rules. No extra visitors or parties allowed.
We are strict on the number of guests.
Only the persons on the reservation will be allowed to enter. No parties, no visitors, NO EXCEPTIONS.
