Brand new tiny home! Quaint, cozy, & plenty of natural light. Sleep looking at the stars with two skylights above the bed. Perfect for solo travelers, couples exploring Tacoma, or traveling healthcare professionals. Located in quiet neighborhood close to waterfront. 0.7 miles to Ruston Waterfront, 1.7 miles to Pt Defiance Park, 0.5 miles to Central Co-Op, and 26 miles to SeaTac Airport. Well-insulated, heated, & cooled with mini-split. Electric car charging upon request for an additional charge. Sleep comfortably on a queen size Purple mattress. Extra blanket provided in closet. Relax with natural sunlight on the beautiful sunny PNW days. Pleasantly scented Aesop hand soap is provided in bathroom. In the summertime, feel free to pick fresh peaches and figs from the fruit trees.

Cozy tiny house

We couldn’t be happier with our stay in this cozy tiny house! It has everything you need and the location is perfect for everything, shopping, coffee, restaurants and Point Defiance Park. We definitely will book again!

Short trip for a concert

We came in very late Thursday + enjoyed our concert on Friday! Super cute area + the absolute cutest place to stay. Quaint, clean, and met all of our needs! Gabrielle was super communicative / responsive as well.

Excellent stay

I was late checking in due to baggage problem at airport and had problem accessing door code but in the morning when I texted owner she and partner came immediately worked to get problem solved. The tiny house in immulate and has everything you need. I highly recommend the accommodation and the owner's service. I hope to rent it again on future trip.

Quiet tiny home

This is just one room BUT it is a wonderful room with clean modern bath. Main room has comfortable queen bed and TV. One wall is the "kitchen" with fridge, sink, Keurig and hot plate and mini type oven. More than enough for vacation living. The area is very quiet. We loved our stay and will stay there for our next visit if available.

Jenn & Johnny's Wedding Stay in Tacoma

This place was the perfect spot for us. We attended the festivities leading up to the wedding with friends and family and we were only minutes away from it all. Also very close to Point Defiance and the waterfront of Puget Sounds. Our VRBO was very clean and our hostess was easy to get a hold of. The area was nice and we felt very safe.
