Tiki Time - Sweet updated cottage near downtown St Pete and minutes to beaches.

This 2/2 home is fully furnished with many unique amenities:
Outside: We covered the space with seashell (one of my favorite things is to go shell hunting) and a beach-like fire pit area with comfortable Adirondack chairs, an over-sized hammock to take afternoon naps or read a book, outdoor patio to dine alfresco or just hang out under the large TIKI HUT with family, or have a friendly competition of shuffle board and corn hole. Grill to your hearts desired with a Weber Genesis gas grill that my husband loves to cook on.

Inside: There's an awesome "Theater Room" with 100 inch screen and surround sound system to stream your favorite shows, separate office to work from home if you must...
We have a fully stocked kitchen (because that's what we would want) with tons of counter and cabinet space. Full size indoor laundry, whole house water filter system and softener. All new stainless steel appliances. Both bedrooms have private en-suites. Sonos sound system inside and outside to play your favorite music.

Things we love about this house (Well we've listed above quite a few, but here are others:

We are so close to EVERYTHING! Whole Foods and Trader Joes are just down the street with SO many shopping and dining possibilities all within 5-10 minutes. We ride our bikes all over and into downtown regularly. Tampa International Airport is 20 minutes and Clearwater/St Pete airport is only 15 minutes. We love this area and think you will too!
