The main primary suite is complete with a TV and ensuite bathroom boasting a relaxing deep tub offering gorgeous views.

Additionally, there are two inviting guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other featuring a queen bed and bunk beds, accommodating everyone with ease.

With three full baths, a laundry room, a den, garage, and a stocked kitchen, convenience is at your fingertips.

Spacious dining area indoors, complemented by two outdoor dining areas offering breathtaking views.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 8 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
