My lovely and fully equipped 1 BR Penthouse unit in Bldg. 1 (closest to the Beach) of Bonita Beach & Tennis Club offers spectacular views - Gulf and Bonita Bay. The condo is just steps away from Beach and Restaurants, (Doc's Beach House/Coconut Jack’s). Owner provides electric, water, basic cable, WiFi. B&T continues to recover from hurricane Ian. Pools/Pickleball open, Bldg.-Atriums, Tennis, Bocce, Shuffleboard won't be completed until June. Limited construction still ongoing. Beach Chairs/Umbrella, Boat Doc (Gulf access), Kayak storage available. Free parking, Laundry in Bldg. Sunsets and the Beach at your doorstep are as beautiful as ever. Minimum stay 3 months during summer @ 1950/month.
