This is a tiny home located on a canal in Matlacha, FL. Matlacha is the gateway to Pine Island and is home to fishermen and artisans alike! Fishing, shopping, local cuisine are all within walking distance. There are bicycles for you to enjoy the area also!
The bridge connecting the mainland to the island is only a short walk away! Located on the canal, you are welcome to use the boat dock right outside the home and you can Enjoy your catch on the grill that is also located on the property.

The home is located on the main road into Matlacha and Pine Island (there is only one road) so you may experience some traffic noise on occasion.

Great tiny house!

Clean, updated, friendly owner! Would definitely recommend for a quick get away. Communication was fast and accurate. A little more noise than preffered from traffic, motorcycles and people bumping speakers and an auto shop across the street. But don't let that deter you from booking, I am just a light sleeper is all.
