The quintessential Florida experience awaits at this single-story home on the north side of Tampa. This is a place for beautiful, balmy days spent swimming in the backyard pool, lounging in the shade of the covered patio, and taking in a wealth of nearby attractions.

This lovely home is located in the Temple Terrace community of Tampa, about nine miles north of downtown. So much is close by, including Adventure Island (one mile), the University of South Florida (less than two miles), games and events at the Yuengling Center (two miles), Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (two miles), and fun nights out at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino (five miles).

Begin and end each sunny day outdoors, sipping your coffee in the shaded front yard or lingering over a glass of wine in the cushioned patio seats. Throughout the day, you can watch your kids splash in the pool (which is protected by a screened lanai) and dine alfresco on the patio.

Inside, the house is comfortable and bright, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi running throughout the space. Cook with ease using stainless steel kitchen appliances, sit down to eat at the breakfast bar and adjacent dining table, and gather after dinner in one of the two sitting areas (one with a smart TV). The three bedrooms have smart TVs of their own as well.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
