Its was nice in clean but some of the beds was uncomfortable and the couch in the den was to hard but would come again

Neighborhood is a negative

Sonia, the owner, was very good at communicating whenever I reached out to her with a question prior to our stay and during our stay. The home manager was pleasant when we met him the night we flew in. It was VERY late and he was so understanding! We were traveling with another couple and 4 high school kids. We were grateful they were young adults as the language, the disruptive yelling and lack of privacy when in the backyard at the pool was disappointing. The apartment building was 2 story so they could see right into the back yard. There were nights that we were woken by loud arguments that lasted 1-2 hours at the apartment building next door. We would not have left the kids at the house alone during the day or at night. The location to downtown Hollywood was a 5 minute drive and the beach was a 15 min. drive which was great as we did not spend much time at the house due to the neighborhood. The pictures are accurate and we had plenty of beds and warm showers for the 8 of us.

Awesome house!

It was a pleasure to spend the holidays in your house. James, the host, was so nice and he answered any question that he have. The neighborhood was lovely, really peaceful. And the house was amazing. So big and comfortable. We hope that we can comeback to that house!
