Why they chose this property
Local relatively cheap local shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all around the neighborhood, also its in the middle of Alexandria, walking distance from famous Montazah Palace
What makes this property unique
For me a summer house means you relax and enjoy the sea view smell and breathe, so i was looking for decent new building directly on sea where i can enjoy the view while staying lazy in my bed
