My husband and I grew up near Warsaw, in Owenton. I am a realtor, and real estate is a passion. When I found this property, I had a vision for what it could be and how we could use it. That turned into hosting others here as it has become our happy place.

Why they chose this property

The marina where we store our boat during the season is less than 2 miles from here. We love the people, places and charm in this town.

What makes this property unique

The Carriage House is located on the same property as one of the oldest homes in Warsaw. The barn beside it once housed horses that were an important part of the industry in town--furniture making. The brick home is in the history book of Warsaw (a copy has been placed in the Carriage House for you to read). There is a walking tour, or you can create your own tour using the information inside. There's a local historian in town who can give you all sorts of details about this property as well.
Aside from the historic aspect, we have tried to think of everything you may want or need for your stay here. Everything is new and chosen for comfort and charm.
