This two-bedroom Ocean Vista with a private balcony has beautiful ocean sunrise views and is just steps to the pool and beach. Just grab your beach towels, flip flops, and pack your bags!
Our cozy villa sleeps 8 with a king-size bed in the Master BR, 2 Queens beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area! Ready for you with free Wi-Fi, fresh linens, flat-screen TV's in the living and bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort is complete with elevators, laundry facilities in unit, and a beautiful pool and sun deck - open from sunrise to dusk! Ocean Vista has private gated parking and a parking pass will be waiting for you upon check-in.

Easy access to the wonders of Hilton Head Island with too many to post restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, entertainment for the family. This unit is available for the Classic PGA Tournament - The RBCHeritage!

If you are strolling down the beach, make sure to walk down to Coligny to the "World Famous Tiki Hut with its live music or Pool Bar Jim's and their amazing frozen drinks! Both are located on either side of the Coligny Beach Access Boardwalk and open to the public. Plenty of perks to being in Hilton Head's Heart of the South End!!

Bath and beach towels provided for all guests. Both bathrooms are supplied with full amenities.
Kitchen is fully equipped with accessories. including a few dish pods, dish soap, laundry soap, and a kitchen towel.
