This small home feel like apartment has everything you need. The proximity to the metro line Tetlan station makes it very easy to get in to the center of Guadalajara or even to the center of Zapopan. This is just a 15 minute walk and the price for the metro is 10 pesos, very affordable.

The apartment has solar powered hot water and comes for this reason with very hot to boiling warm water.

This apartment was remodeled in 2023.
