Quaint getaway

Paul's house was so inviting from the moment we pulled in. The grounds were beautiful! The house was equally impressive. Inside it was quaint, clean, cozy, and well stocked. We loved watching the chip monks and rabbits from the kitchen window in the mornings. We enjoyed exploring each of the towns and beaches. Everybody was so friendly! Favorite towns were Harwich and P-town! Honestly I could go on and on! We hope to come back sometime!

Clean house in a nice, central location

We stayed at this property for a relaxing, long weekend on the cape in the off-season. The house was clean, the water pressure was great, and the fireplace was a cozy addition to help us relax and unwind. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located to access all that the cape has to offer. The host gave clear instructions for check in and check out and made our stay a breeze.

Responsive owner. House and yard are well appointed, well kept and very clean. Great touch with amenities like screened patio and fireplace insert. Thoughtful and pleasant amenities throughout. Excellent location. We'll be back.

30th Wedding Anniversary

We really enjoyed our visit. Long walks, great rides on the bike trails and beaching in the afternoon. The property was beautiful and perfect for us. Very new appliances and a screened in sitting room made dining outside awesome. We loved this home!

Once our son graduates college, this is will be our year round home, so we do not cut corners. We have learned from our rental experiences, and look forward to having other families share our home.

Location. We are walking distance to some of the best beaches, restaurants, mini-golf, and ice cream on the Cape. Most of the neighborhood is year round residents, or owner occupied homes.
Condition. Screened in porch, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, open concept living space, and beautiful landscaping with big backyard.
