Dream house close to the Black Lake

A house, tucked away in a pine forest in the most exclusive location in Zabljak - Ivan Do, only 600m from Black Lake, i.e. 5min walk through the forest, and 10min to the center of Zabljak.
The house has an interior area of 150m2, spread among three levels, each of which has a separate bathroom, with toilet.
The interior and exterior exude a traditional historical style, for which Zabljak is well known, and together they evoke a feeling of warmth and security that is apparent even at first glance.
There is a covered veranda and a fenced yard in front of the house, which along the parts around the house, give the plot of an area of 400m2.
In addition to already mentioned levels, connected by the separate entrance to the house, there is a spacious underground garage that can, more than comfortable, accommodate two cars.
The house is perfectly insulated and built which, given its great location, makes it an ideal place to live both in winter and summer.

I live in Dubrovnik, Croatia but this beautiful house is my holiday home. It's a special place where I find peace and where I can enjoy the beautiful nature of Durmitor mountains.

Why they chose this property

The house is positioned at the most attractive location of the Durmitor National Park. You only need to walk 5min through the beautiful, untouched forest, to reach the Black Lake. The origin of the main hiking paths to the Durmitor peaks and surrounding lakes are only 200m away. The center of Zabljak is just 15min away by walk.
