Our bright flat is on the 1st floor of a nice 2-storey building. It has just been renovated and refurbished with functional elegance. It consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All balcony doors and windows have insect/mosquito nets. Secure reinforced doors.
• Bedrooms
The bedroom is very welcoming with its new wooden floor. It has a double bed, bedside tables, a big closet and A/C. Further, it has access to the balcony on the green and quite backside of the building. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
• Bathroom
The bathroom is fully renovated with brand new quality materials, equipped and it has a sink, a WC and a large and comfortable shower. Essentials such as shampoo, soap and toilet paper are provided, as well as towels.
• Kitchen
The kitchen is an open space at the entrance hall where you can find a large ceiling fan. The light and the bar/table in the middle of the space give the kitchen a very nice and personal touch. In the kitchen also you will find everything you might need in order to prepare your own meals. Cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, sugar, and tea are provided. Of course, pans and dishes and new appliances such as toaster, kettle, espresso maker, oven and a big fridge are at your disposal. An eco water filter is installed on the water tap
• Living Room
The living room is very bright having windows on two ends. It is minimal and elegantly furnished. You will find there a small table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 1.85 when open), which can accommodate 2 more guests, a big new flat-screen TV. You also have access to the balcony.
• Outdoors
The balcony of the flat is on the backside of the building and it faces the green and quiet garden. The tent provides a nice shadow and allows to enjoy that space for a snack, a coffee or a drink.

Around the corner is the KTEL Station Liossion and it is very near to the national highway. Distance from metro stop a couple of minutes of walking distance.
Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
