GREAT VIEW to Chapultepec Park in Condesa - 2 floor apartment with balcony

Two floor apartment. First floor, you will find kitchen, living room and dining area with a balcony. Here you will enjoy an amazing city view to Chapultepec, especially to the Castle, and to the financial area where the highest buildings illuminated by night in Avenida Reforma.
In the second floor, you will get to the 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom with a queen size bed, a tv screen, a balcony with city view, a walk in closet and full bathroom. The other bedroom has a 2 twin beds, a closet and a full bathroom.
Even though the apartment is located in a busy neighborhood with noise all day, you can have some peace thanks to the double glazed windows.
Getting into the building is easy and you have self check in to the apartment.
The building has a swimming canal, lounge area and a fitness center. Please, read the instructions so you don't get a penalty for misuse. The facilities are open only from 7am thru 6 pm.
The Condesa neighborhood is popular amongst tourists and locals. It has so many places to visit, it is surrounded by famous restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
There are parks very close to the building. If you want to exercise in Chapultepec, you are 15 minutes walking distance.
If you want to live as a local, this is the place!!
