* House in gated community located on the beach of Tabatinga.
It has large living room, bathroom, pool, barbecue, 4 bedrooms being:
1st bedroom with en suite, double bed and air conditioning,
2nd bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds,
3rd bedroom with two single beds and
4th bedroom with 1 bunk bed.
* All dorms have ceiling fans.
* Accommodation for 10 people can extend for up to 12 guests if they take extra mattresses.
The condominium still has an excellent infrastructure with soccer courts, tennis, gym, golf, for a great weekend of leisure and fun, as well as parking and 24 hour security.
Our condominium is located 150 meters from the beach of Tabatinga.

Com certeza voltarei!!!

Excelente escolha, a casa estava impecável, a localização é ótima e a segurança então....nem se fala. A casa fica dentro de um condomínio muito bem localizado e seguro, a praia que se tem acesso é muito limpa e bonita, uma das melhores de caraguá. Todos adoraram a casa...agradeço a Elisângela que me foi sempre muito simpática. Com certeza voltarei em breve. Obs: Leve repelente, por se tratar de uma praia limpa e de bastante vegetação, os borrachudos te atacam um pouco, mas vale a pena cada gota de sangue doada...hehe.
