About this property

Panoramic Beach-Front Living

This is a very comfortable, modern décor apartment right on the beach. It sleeps 6 people in two bedrooms (one double and two bunk beds in one room and one double in the other room) There are two bathrooms and a further double bed or 2x singles in the lounge room can sleep an extra two people. The bedrooms have lots of storage and bed linen and towels are also available. There is a separate washing machine for use within the apartment. High chair, travel cot with mattress & fresh bedding, baby bath and potty seat are available for guests with babies and there is a stair gate, bed barrier and plastic mattres protectors for guests with toddlers to use.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, and Lavazza Mio capsule coffee machine. There is a separate lounge with TV and dining room with sea view. The very large private sun deck overlooks the beach and accommodates outdoor dining for 8 people, with huge umbrella and BBQ. There is a further garden and secure bicycle storage also overlooking the sea. Parking space for one car is at the rear of the building.
Bagno Somalia is across the road from the apartment and the town centre is 10 minutes walk along the beach.
We only take bookings from Saturday to Saturday, with no arrival or departure contacts on any other day of the week.
The apartment can be booked only through VRBO / FeWo and through another international portal specialized in tourist rental. Please be wary of any other forms of booking proposition, as they are frauds.

Eine tolle Zeit!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht um auch zu Hause gut zu kochen. Alles hat funktioniert und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles Paolo, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Giugno a Castiglion della Pescaia con la famiglia

L’appartamento ha una posizione incantevole, vista mare, spiaggia libera accessibilissima o Bagno Somalia proprio davanti. Delizioso il piccolo giardino. Arredamento interno etnico, curato nei dettagli. Abbondanza di stoviglie e utensili in cucina. Gli elettrodomestici (lavastoviglie e frigorifero) andrebbero aggiustati/revisionati. Nella descrizione dell’appartamento sarebbe stato importante indicare che le camere da letto e i bagni sono tutti al piano semi-interrato. Sicuramente gli ambienti sono freschi, ma un po’ scarsa è la ventilazione con umidità nelle giornate di scirocco. Il proprietario Paolo è sempre stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Molto carina anche Anastasia, si è premurata che tutto fosse a posto e il vassoio di paste della Domenica è stata una graditissima sorpresa!

Großzügige Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Von der Terrasse direkt ins Meer - Lage und Ausstattung sind die perfekte Voraussetzung für einen gelungenen Strandurlaub (inklusive Außendusche und Wassersportgerät). Die Altstadt in der Nähe lädt allabendlich zu einem Spaziergang mit Restaurantbesuch ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Vielen Dank, Paolo.

Wunderbare Tage direkt am Meer

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung besticht mit ihrer ausserordentlichen Lage direkt am Meer, unweit vom Ort und Restaurants und trotzdem etwas abseits der Touristen.... Das Meer ist super für Kinder nicht zu tief und trotzdem immer wieder abwechslungsreich! Gelati und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es ganz in der Nähe! Die Wohnung ist super grosszügig und durch die Schlafeäume im Untergeschoss aus stehts kühl (auch bei 33Grad)! Die Ausstattung lässt auch keine Wünsche offen (Liegestühle- Spiele- Grill usw) Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Woche Familie Schori

Posizione eccellente

Le caratteristiche descritte nell’annuncio sono corrispondenti a quanto abbiamo trovato! In particolare la posizione dell’appartamento permette di godere di relax e tranquillità, sia per i pochi passi che distano dalla spiaggia, sia perché rispetto al centro del paese, raggiungibile a piedi in poco più di una decina di minuti, è decentrato e silenzioso. La vista che si gode dal terrazzo è impagabile. Unica pecca: gli arredi e le alcune delle stoviglie sarebbero da rimodernare. Per il resto l’appartamento possiede tutti i confort e gli spazi necessari ad una famiglia: casa spaziosa per buona convivenza. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile.

Das Objekt hat eine optimale Lage und es hat Spaß gemacht am Meer zu leben und es rund um die Uhr zu genießen! Allerdings ist sowohl das Objekt, als auch die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig! Alles ist aber sauber und in Ordnung! Wenn man allerdings schreibt, Handtücher werden bereit gestellt, dann sollte man mehr erwarten dürfen als jeweils 1 Bade-, 1 Hand- und ein Gästehandtuch für 1 Person und das für 2 Wochen.

Wunderbare Tage in Castiglione!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, direkt am Strand gelegen. Die einzige Straße zwischen Wohnung und Strand ist eine Fußgängerzone, so dass auch abends / in der Nacht bis auf das Rauschen der Wellen nichts zu hören ist. Alle Angaben des Vermieters sind korrekt. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren im August zwei Wochen dort und möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Tolle Lage am Strand

Bestens ausgestattete Wohnung am Strand. Es fehlt weder innen noch aussen an nichts. Strandliegen, Gartendusche, Gasgrill. Reichlich Küchenutensilien bis hin zum Toaster. Strand weniger als einen Steinwurf entfernt. Strand sehr sauber und super geeignet mit kleinen Kindern. Bagno Somalia direkt gegenüber mit leckeren Essen und Service. Alles top. Netter Vermieter! Ein traumhafter Strandurlaub

Auch dieses Jahr waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo und Jenny war sehr angenehm und freundlich, sehr vorbildliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung kannten wir ja schon vom letzten Jahr und sie begeisterte uns erneut. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, Frühstück und Diner auf der Terrasse mit Meeresrauschen, wunderschön! Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden, toller Webergrill, super Strandliegen, und eine mit allen nur denkbar nötigen Utensilien in einer kleinen Küche, optimale Planung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, danke Jenny und Paolo!😊

Ottimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è eccellente e davvero ben strutturato. La zona notte, sempre piuttosto fresca, ci ha permesso di riposare bene anche durante il periodo più caldo dell'anno. La veranda esterna rialzata permette di godere dello splendido panorama con vista sul mare in ogni ora del giorno. La posizione della casa è davvero strategica: attraversando il lungomare (area pedonale) si giunge subito in spiaggia e la sera è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi Castiglione della Pescaia. Essendo situato all'inizio del lungomare (più o meno all'altezza della "panoramica"), l'appartamento non è raggiunto dalla confusione della "movida" serale e notturna. Un ottimo punto di riferimento, quindi, per divertirsi ma, allo stesso tempo, per rilassarsi e godere del silenzio. La casa è vicinissima a molti servizi tra cui un fornito market. Chi vuole può letteralmente "dimenticare" l'auto lasciandola nel posteggio riservato (e ombreggiato) sul retro dell'edificio. La casa apparirà ancora più grande rispetto alle foto che sono pubblicate online. Ottimo soggiorno e scelta ottima anche per chi come noi ha dei bambini.

Bellissimo!

Lovely apartment in a great location next to the sea and just a short walk from the town. Al fresco dining on the terrace was bellissimo! The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and the owner Paolo is very helpful. We plan to return next year!

Super vacanza

Non mi aspettavo nulla di simile. La casa e talmente comoda e situata a esattamente due passi dal mare che non c'è stato bisogno ne della borsa di spiaggia ne dell'ombrellone ne delle ciabatte. Siamo venuti coi bambini e ragazzi e sono stati benissimo sia i piccoli sia i medi sia i grandi. La casa in se è comoda, fresca, silenziosa e fornita di tutto ciò che uno può possibilmente desiderare. Non vedo l'ora che torni l'estate prossima per poterla prenotare di nuovo. Inoltre il proprietario e molto gentile e disponibile. Approfitto per ringraziare di nuovo il proprietario e augurare bellissime permanenze ai futuri ospiti.

Why they chose this property

My parents bought this house when I was a child and our family have spent many happy times here. It is a very friendly, safe community for children and families to enjoy. My son sails at the local sailing club all year round and the uninterupted view of the sea gives you a relaxing and uplifting focus, summer and winter.

What makes this property unique

There are not that many holiday properties that have the privilege of overlooking the sea in Castiglione, so we never tire of being able to eat breakfast on the sun deck while overlooking the beach come to life. With no cars allowed on the pedestrianised Via Roma, my children and their friends have always been able to take themselves to the beach whenever they want, where we can see them from the house.
Watching the sunset over the sea as we enjoy an evening meal and a walk along Via Roma to get gelato afterwards, will always be the perfect end to so many perfect days.
