Great place

Perfect for 2. Lovely apartment and the view is great. Too bad Vacasa is the company. The apartment was not booked the week before, and could not in until EXACTLY 4 o’clock. Vacasa charges a significant fee to get in early.

The property was very clean with new appliances and the view overlooking the water was spectacular. The downside was that there weren’t any beach gear provided like umbrellas or chairs, and there wasn’t any kayak or fishing rods so really no point being on the water because it’s not anywhere close to beach. For rainy days, it would be nice to have games but there wasn’t any…. It was allot like staying in hotel.

Clean property but not recommend for light sleeper or someone looking for quiet

Apartment is cute and clean and the water is beautiful. The noise travels a lot from upstairs. The tv is extremely loud upstairs so not recommended for anyone who goes to bed before midnight or is a light sleeper.

Kitchen outlets and ba

Hey the place was really a perfect spot . Super cozy and accepting . Still has new smell . Bed and sheets were clean and cozy. Has a good shower in and outdoors . It was private at night for us on back patio . Gfci in kitchens and bath were issues . Had to make coffee on the floor . She asked partner to check breaker because he knows electrical. He did, but it kept tripping. She was trying to fix it but we could not. There was no cleaning supplies or dustpan and broom. That would have been great to tidy up floors and counters, etc..while we were there. Place had cobwebs and dust through out up high must be short cleaning lady . There were no sharp cutting knives and scissors and wine opener. we asked for some and she brought them to us right away. Very prompt. Floors are loud above your head if this is an issue for you . Noisy steps. The lady is very nice I do not want to bash her she is supposed to be getting issues resolved . The stay was pleasant and beautiful spot . Oh yeh the lawn people come early but grounds and view is breathtaking. am or sunset. Very private and lovely. Hoping Owner got the complicated wiring fixed in the kitchen amd bath. Great green yard top!
