The space:
Welcome El Contento Cottage located in the historic Dana Point Lantern District. Originally built in the 1960’s, this home has been completely redesigned and renovated from the outside in. This cozy beach cottage offers peek-a-boo ocean views from the front patio, a remodeled state of the art kitchen, tall vaulted ceilings, bay window, completely redone backyard with fireplace & built-in BBQ, and so much more. Comfortably sleeps 6 and is walking distance to restaurants, harbor, and beaches.
Other things to note:
Bedroom 2 has a twin bunk bed for a small child above the queen bed. The living room sofa bed is a queen.

We fell in love with Dana Point the moment we saw the community and immediately purchased "El Contento Cottage". Dana Point offers the lifestyle of beach living, great restaurants/shopping, breathtaking views, outdoor hikes and so much more. Our neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.
