7 blocks from the beach. Fenced in yard, pergola, grill, and more.
3 Bedrooms, 1 Blowup Mattress, 2 couches. Can sleep up to 10 people. Plenty of room for your family, girls trip, bachelor’s party or just a romantic getaway. You can walk to the beach, bring your bikes for a costal ride. BBQ outback while sitting under a pergola. Driveway parking for two cars and onside parking for more. Great restaurants in Ventnor, Margate and Atlantic City (6 miles), has concerts, nightclubs and upscale dinning, gambling and more. Visit Lucy the elephant and the Ocean City Boardwalk is only 7 miles away. Lots of fun for the entire family. There are games and food located on the boardwalk. There’s also a water park close by for all ages if you don’t like the sand or the beach. New and historic site are all around Atlantic City.
Air conditioning throughout the house, fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. There is a king size bed in the largest bedroom with a full bathroom, the other two rooms have queen sized beds with another full bedroom on the second floor. Downstairs there is a half bath of the Den. Plenty of room to enjoy your beach vacation and new adventures. Come and explore! The longer you stay the cheaper the price.

I am a police officer and purchased this house for when I retire. There are so many fun things to do in this small town. You can go see Lucy the elephant or go eat at a nice restaurant (Tomatoes or Sophia’s) located in Margate. You can visit Atlantic City for a comedy show, shopping or gamble for entertainment. There are plenty of different restaurants and nightclubs for dancing or singing karaoke. There’s a free dock to put your boat or just spend your day at the beach soaking up the sunshine.
Why they chose this property
I choose this neighborhood because it’s safe and fun for the entire family. Everybody’s always looking out for everybody and It’s a very nice community.
What makes this property unique
My property is unique because it’s completely fenced in and almost secluded from the outside world and noise. You are two blocks from the bay and seven blocks from the beach. It’s a very family oriented neighborhood and very clean.
