About this property

This bright corner Clarendon townhome located in downtown Aspen has the added amenities of a heated complex pool, hot tub with BBQ area, adjacent to Glory Hole Park. An open living area includes a contemporary kitchen with black granite counter tops, Sub Zero refrigerator, double sink, oven, microwave, broiler, gas range and a Bosch dishwasher. The stone top breakfast bar seats 4 and is open to the dining area with a round glass table that seats 8.

The gas fireplace is the focus of the living room. A media cabinet houses a flat screen TV with DVD/CD player. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with summer outdoor furniture, flower boxes and a common area of lawn and trees.

Main floor has one bedroom; two additional bedrooms including the master are located on the upper level.

Primary Bedroom (upper level): King bed, two murphy twin beds and en suite bath with double sink and tub/shower combination. The primary has a walk in closet, ceiling fan and TV and opens up to a private deck.

Guest Bedroom (upper level): Queen Bedroom with full size sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Room has a ceiling fan and en suite bath with tub/shower combination.
