The villa is located on the southern part of Phuket close to Naiharn beach which is a beautiful beach and one of the best beaches of Phuket. The beach is only 5 minute drive away or 15 minute walk from the villa project. The villa is a part of the gated community that is the biggest community in Resort Home style in the southern part of Phuket under the name Nai Harn Baan-Bua.There is a 24-hour security. The Development covers the big area consisting of more than 100 villas.

The villa is in Thai style design. It is decorated with neat and fine wood carved works that give the warmness touch to the place. Every bedroom has en-suite bathroom with the view of the garden outside. The master bedroom has two-sided view. One is the swimming pool that is just one step away. Another is the canal that gives freshness and cool feeling whenever you see.

In the villa, there are full sets of appliances that facilitate your stay such as TV and wifi internet, kitchen appliances and cooking tools as well as a laundry room. There are air-conditioners and fans in every room for you to operate at will. Counter bar that is close to the outdoor foyer area can serve as a place to have breakfast or relaxing space during the day.

You can go for a good walk around the project area which is very large. The project is full of mature garden that has been planted for over 15 years.
