Pet Policy:
One Dog is allowed up to 40 lbs. Dog Rules include: Keeping off beds and furniture, crated when left alone in the home, is supervised outside, and picked up after in the yard and/or neighborhood.
Must be 24 to book
~No Smoking
~Please message host prior to booking if bringing a dog, dog only allowed under 45 lbs. Must be well behaved, house broken, stay off furniture and crated if left alone at the property
~No visitors to the property other than the reserved party
~Community quiet time begins at 10pm. Please respect our neighbors.
~Hurricane Policy: Refunds will only be granted if the Bay County officials order a mandatory evacuation. Refunds will only pertain to the dates affected by the evacuation. Guests should purchase a trip insurance policy widely available to the consumer market, such as Generali, Rental Guardian, and Fidelity Trip Insurance
~Any VRBO or Expedia bookings will have a 15% processing fee regardless of the refund time frame. We are an integrated partner that processes all payments directly
~ No parties or events are allowed
~ Community Golf Carts: We rent community only (not street legal) golf carts to drive around in Laguna Beach Estates. Destinations include the Carousel Grocery, Thomas's Donuts and Ice Cream, down to the beachside first come service parking, and the Old Beach Bar. Please inquire directly for more information.
