Apartment totally redecorated in 2023 and fitted to the highest standards. It is fully equipped to ensure your stay is totally relaxing, marble flooring throughout.

Really comfortable apartment, excellent grounds
Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owners was easy from day one, with helpful and prompt responses to any queries both in advance of and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was made easy via a local agent, who was both pleasant and helpful. The grounds in which the apartment is located are beautiful and well maintained, and the secure underground parking (in an allocated space) was excellent. The apartment was easy to access via stairs or a lift from the car park. The area felt very safe. The kitchen, dining area, terraces and utility room had all we could need. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay - thank you!

Superb space in a very peaceful environment
Lovely property, pictures don’t do it it justice, and the grounds in which it’s situated are fantastic and maintained incredibly well, so much so the regular roll call of local wildlife included frogs, kingfishers, hoopoes, geckos, bats and a lone terrapin in one of the ponds which our children absolutely loved keeping an eye out for. The property itself is extremely comfortable, spacious and geared up for all needs for a self catered holiday (we are a family of four with an 8 and 10 year old). The pools (yes there’s two) are great for lunging around and for the kids to play in, safe and secure and to be quite honest we’d go hours without seeing anyone on else at the pool, so much so our children questioned why on earth other people were using ‘our’ private pools… Whilst there are some amenities nearby, we didn’t walk anywhere, but then the heat was so extreme this August it was a challenge simply taking the rubbish out. Going out we always drove, and would suggest a car is essential when staying here, but spent our time in Estepona, San Pedro and Benhavis for dinner and tried some of the restaurants recommended by Clive and Jane. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a ‘home from home’, in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Thank you Clive, Jane as well as Jim who whilst we did not really need to call on him, was always available and accommodating when contacted.

Perfect holiday!
We had such a fabulous time staying at this apartment. We arrived off a late flight and were met by Jim who gave us the keys and helped us into the secure car park and apartment. Jim also have us his number in case we needed to get in touch again and was very friendly. The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped for a family with children for a self-catering holiday. It had a lovely swimming pool and we really enjoyed chilling on the patio area with our books and glasses of wine as the children enjoyed finding frogs, fish and tortoise in the beautiful apartment gardens. The apartment is located between Estepona and San Pedro but we found having a car was essential as we wanted to explore a bit further into San Pedro and Puerto Banus/Marbella areas. We had such a lovely, relaxing holiday here and we hope to be able to return again soon.

Great for a relaxed and quiet time
The property is in very good and comfortable condition and has everything that you need to enjoy a stress-free holiday! The appartment is clean and has ponds, ducks and frogs (lovely) in front of the spacious terrace. Highly recommended! We will come back, maybe for longer!
