Would not recommend this facility.
Dealing with the property manager of Towers Grande was a nightmare. I understand about trailers on some of these properties, as we have been going to the Daytona Beach area for years, and we stay for several weeks, including Bike Week. The manager didn’t want us to load our trailer on the property, which included our personal effects and our motorcycle. She, the manager, called the police on us and 3 cars and 4 police officers showed up. I am a 100% combat related disabled veteran of two wars and a retired law enforcement officer and am 73yoa. She same as thumbed her nose at me. As I stated we have been visiting Daytona Beach area for many years and spend a lot of money while there. Also the realtor that handled our stay wouldn’t return our calls. Also the central air system was not working when we arrived and they ended up completely replacing the unit. We were without air conditioning for around 7 days and I think we should have received some compensation for this but the realtor wouldn’t return our calls. Other permanent residents told us that they had to tolerate her shenanigans regularly and were not pleased with her actions. We have stayed at these condominiums 2 times, including this year and this manager has really caused us to have second thoughts of ever returning to Daytona Beach. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this location. The name of this facility is, Towers Grande in Daytona Beach Shores on South Atlantic Blvd.
