Excellent two-storey house, in a gated community, all furnished with 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two suites on the upper floor, toilet, living room, full kitchen, service area, balcony, pool, barbecue and terrace. The condominium has sports courts, tennis court, jogging track, party room with barbecue, children's play area with games room, toys. The condominium has concierge with strict access identification, monitoring cameras, 24 hour surveillance.

DIAS MARAVILHOSOS

Quero externar a minha completa satisfação em ter alugado a casa da Sra. Lurdinha e Sr. Erivaldo. Vou começar pelos donos que são pessoas maravilhosas, atenciosos, cuidadosos e zelosos demais! A casa é muito bem cuidada! A casa é maravilhosa, linda, organizada e nova, bem melhor do que as fotos! Tudo o que imaginar de usual existe na casa, um lugar que não precisa se preocupar em levar lençóis , toalhas, travesseiros, até repelentes na casa tinha ...a localização também é ótima! A limpeza da casa é impecável! Foram dias maravilhosos! Realmente conseguimos relaxar na casa e sem nos preocupar com nenhum detalhe, porque a casa oferece muito conforto! Com certeza retornarei outras vezes. Obrigada por tudo!!!

Topíssima!

Anfitriões muito atenciosos desde o primeiro contato até nossa saída! Casa arejada, vizinhança tranquila, boa localização, praia próxima e limpa. Piscina limpa diariamente. Camas, banheiros e cozinha confortáveis e com utilitários necessários para o dia a dia! Voltaremos concerteza!

Perfeita!

Pela segunda vez reservamos a casa do Sr Erivaldo e da D. Lurdinha para o carnaval. E a casa que já era excelente está ainda melhor! Tudo funcionando,tudo muito limpo, tem todos os utensílios necessários na cozinha. O condomínio é muito seguro e pertinho da praia! Íamos andando para a praia. Na cidade há um supermercado bem sortido, farmácias e tudo mais. O Sr. Erivaldo e D Lurdinha muito atenciosos sempre! Recomendo muito está casa!

Imóvel muito bom

Adorei a casa! Muito fresca, muitas plantas, cozinha bem equipada... Os donos são muito atenciosos... A crítica que faço é que quando cheguei, a água dos chuveiros estava fria, porque era preciso ligar uma chave, o que não nos foi informado... e um chuveiro estava estragado. Sendo necessário trocá-lo, o que foi feito pelo proprietário, mas não prontamente. Ficou tentando arrumar a mesma peça, o que demandou dois dias para consertar um chuveiro! Outro fato desagradável que ocorreu, este muito desagradável, foi que um dos vasos sanitários rachou no quinto dia de locação, e ao comunicar o proprietário sobre o fato, esse me disse que era meu dever pagar por outro vaso sanitário novo, mais mão de obra. Achei falta de bom senso, pois ninguém quebra um vaso sanitário de propósito, a não ser que ele já não esteja propenso a rachar. Mas como estava de férias, e não estava disposta a lidar com pedreiro dentro de casa nas minhas férias, me privei de usar o banheiro, paguei a quantia pelo vaso sanitário acrescida da mão de obra e aproveitei o que me restava! Mas quando alugar um próximo imóvel, vou ser mais específica no contrato!
