Welcome to this residential Condominium, a very well hidden gem of privacy and comfort, perfectly placed between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto, one block from the Gulf of Mexico.
It is also placed 10 minutes walk from the only 2 Blue Flag Beaches of Progreso, the Malecon Tradicional and the Malecon Internacional. It is right across the street from the recently refurbished and reinvented Crocodiles Restaurant, a meeting point for the expat community in Progreso.
The unit 102B has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and is furnished for 4 guests.

Due to beach erosions, the beach is now very narrow, but one may swim and enjoy the Sun, at only 70 metres distance from the Condominium's entrance gate
