Great!

The only issue we had was the house check in code would not work. Finally a nice lady at the front desk created a new code which worked for our stay. I tried three times to get it resolved but the lady finally did it. I wish I had noted her name to send compliments. The house served our needs just great. The bedrooms are separated enough to have privacy.

Good...could have been better

AC was not working on arrival. Had to call maintenance to replace thermostat batteries and vacuum handler unit. Had to call second time for more garbage bags since there were only two. Ceiling in living room shows prior water damage/stains. House could have been better maintained and prepared for our visit. Basic housing supplies should be provided as well as operation instructions and local recommendations (pools, gyms, restaurants, etc.

My stay in 1515 Fairview Circle

We had a great time, the rooms were pretty spacious, we love the kitchen area open , the house was lovely we had a great time. Just in one of the rooms the AC didn’t work well they need to fix that , but other than that Everything work well and we love that there was enough space for our family , and lovely decoration of the house! It was cozy! We would love to be back soon!

I would not recommend Home, inaccurate description of home and NO AC!

The location was great with it being within the Reunion resort that allowed us the location and access to the amenities such as the water park! However the home itself was awful. While the house was deemed new the description that this house was given was not accurate. There was no way to use the surround house system and the AC did not work. We followed instructions to not let it get to 72 and it ended up freezing the AC the entire time. We called Maintence but there wasn’t much they could do except to turn the AC off and let it degrees and the they would turn it back on. Meaning in the state of FL with 90 degree weather we had no AC. The AC worked for a little bit and then over froze again. We stayed in almost 80 degree house our entire time. The house also had a plumbing issue and also parts of the house like the railing for instance for the stairs was hanging off the wall and not safe. We had stayed with another two families and for the amount of rooms and bathrooms we thought this was gunna be a great experience but this particular home was a disappointment. The location and other houses in this resort are much better! Also you pay for a cleaning service as well as any rental house fee so you’d except a clean home and this house was far from clean. We had little kids and the floors were beyond dirty. The water park and the amenities were great though!!

Just as advertised…

An amazing rental. Would definitely rent this house again. So spacious! Many amenities. Every room had a full bathroom. Location is convenient to Disney, restaurants and grocery stores. There are restaurants located within the Reunion neighborhood as well. Love Love Love every minute.
