Resort Fees

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
$22.50 + tax per night required at check-in which includes Guest internet access, shuttle service to select theme parks (Disney, SeaWorld & Universal); mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard); barbecue equipment; PressReader.
Fully Refundable Security deposit is $200 USD due at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card- cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

Some limitations

I was not informed there is not an elevator. Advertisement said the building was new. It is not. Wasp nests in ceiling i.n Stairwell. Bedrooms were awesome! But getting out of the sunken tub wAs a trick without grasp rails. Could not access manager/host via email. Called number and admin said could not help me

Decent stay

Staff was friendly. Being handicap with mobility issues not in a wheelchair the parking issues were a little frustrating. There was absolutely no close parking at any point during our stay. We had to block others in just to load and unload our vehicle which I don’t like doing. Thankfully others were understanding and patient. We did find a roach in our room upon check in. This is Florida so I understand. Staff was very quick in responding. They offered to move us or spray We code to just have them spray and never saw another. Until parking issues are solved I won’t be back unfortunately but other then that the place was great. If parking isn’t an issue for you I recommend this place 100%

Great family place

We really enjoyed our stay, it’s a perfect place for families. Close to all the Disney things and plenty to do at the property to want to spend a whole day there. The beds were very comfortable and even though you have neighbors close by we never really heard them!
