Sunset South 4 is a cute 2BR, 1BA upgraded condo on 68th Street and oceanblock. Just one building back from the ocean! Great ocean view from the furnished balcony. Walk to everything from this unit - the beach, shops & dining. Unit #4 is located on the top floor. Bed sizes include 1 queen, 2 double and a queen sleep sofa. Guest provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. There is a shared laundry room for the building.

Smoking is not permitted on property grounds including balcony. No pets, please. Violation of the pet and/or smoking rules will not be tolerated and there will be no refunds.

Sunset south 4

Checked in and arrived at property to find it was not clean. Called Central reservations and informed cleaners were on site. They arrived and cleaned th rental in less than 20 minutes. The shower was still not clean. The floor still had sand on it. They started the dishwasher and left the dishwasher running. There are no spices to cook with..no salt...pepper..no sugar. There was not a big pot to make pasta. No garbage bags. The roof leaks from the light fixture in the bathroom. Overall we were fine with our stay...but the unit could use more care from the owner

Nice location in Midtown

The checkin process was easy. The property was clean and I appreciate the extra little touch by the owner to provide Lysol. The bedrooms were nicely decorated. There was a partial water view on half of the balcony. The condo has a nice a location in Mid-town with walking distance to some of our favorite places like Old Pro putt-putt, Dunkin, Ropewalk, OC crabs, and RonJon. The one negative is the ventilation system is connected to other units. We could smell smoke in our unit. Pay close attention to the signs on the staircases. At first, we went up the wrong flight of stairs with suitcases not realizing the units all have separate stairs that are not connected. Oops. Easy street parking was available and this unit came with a parking spot.
