About this property

This upstairs apartment has its own exterior staircase to access the private front door. There is a small patio. As you enter, you'll find a sofa sitting area, with a four-chair table for dining. We have provided a small refrigerator, a toaster oven, coffee pot, and dishes for small snacks and drinks. There is a king size bed, dresser, and bathroom. This suite is great for a couple. Guests have access to garden and pool area.
All payments are required to go through VRBO and they use credit cards. I will not accept requests for direct payments.

Private and within walking distance downtown

This is a great spot. Close to downtown restaurants and shops. I could walk from place to place. Great location!

Arriba Suite at Cada Caribe

Local manager Betty was wonderful and owner Veronica available to contact to make stay most enjoyable. Be sure to say hi to onsite cats Amber (buff color) and Blondie (white). They are good house ambassadors. Kitchenette had all that was necessary for those meals/snacks prepared at home. Close to shopping, restaraunts and entertainment.

I loved the space we reserved.

While being right in the middle of town normally would be something hard for me, it was great fun to check out the downtown for a chunk of time. I loved this place! Being an older home that has been renovated to accommodate guests, it had a wonderful authenticity, beautiful architecture, and a great back yard pool area nearby the colorful vibrant downtown. There was a little bit of street noise at night, but for the most part it was nothing that kept us up and quickly just kinda faded into the background. The only thing I wish were a little different was to have a more functional kitchen as I like to cook. However, this really was not a big deal as we were so close to lots of great places to eat anyway. I would happily rent this place again or check out another one of the units in this house that might have a kitchen for a future stay. It is a great place!.

casa caribe

we had a blast. this apt. is clean, centrally located and in a great setting. it was easy to sit out on the upper deck with a beer after a day of exploring cozumel and finish it off with a swim...Great spot. Betty was a big help getting us settled and checked in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was ok and offered tips that made our stay even better. thank you, we are considering coming back next year, but staying longer!

A long time ago, a family with four children, occupied this home. The upstairs gave each parent room for themselves, and the four children shared two bedrooms and at that time, huge patio. The pool has a slide and there were always parties for this or that.
The downtown location is great with children since there is always a festival or something downtown for children.

Why they chose this property

The children grew up and moved away so. I emptied it and prepared it for vacation rental property. It was always home to our children and it is still home the minute we step foot in it.
I hope you enjoy it.

Downtown location is the best home while in Cozumel! You can walk to the sunset and enjoy a lively stroll through town every night. Don't miss the water fountain and light show.
