Love this place, although a couple of surprises

I did not realize that there would be a 15/day resort fee AND 20 charge for more than one car. It may say this in the listing - I didn't go back and check... but I still gave 5 stars because this is such a great place to stay in Dunedin. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the location is ideal, great pool and bar and bikes available to use for 3 hours at a time.

Dunedin Condo

The condo was perfect for our needs. Was located next to the stairs so made accessing very easy. Even though the condo was farthest from the pool area it was still just a short walk. Would stay again if in the area.

Comfy and Convenient

Although I only stayed one night due to work restraints, this would be an excellent landing space to stay a week or longer and spend time exploring both downtown Dunedin and Kaladesi. Bonus: the on-site restaurant and pools are right on the water!
