PROS: 5-7 min drive/bike to Old Town Scottsdale. Small private yard. Pool heated Feb-May, pet friendly w/dog door, professional cleaning, Keurig coffee to wake up happy!
CONS: Very safe city, but NOT luxury. Up-and-coming Scottsdale neighborhood. Pool equip makes white noise in bedroom.
