Nightmare

Terrible any way you can imagine. The elevator doesn't work. With mobility issues, and no refund, it has left us to debate the charge on our card. Communication with the host, has me asking if he was delirious! He told me it was working while my partner was at the counter in the lobby. It didn't work.
