Located in the heart of downtown, the entire city becomes walkable (10 minute walk to the Superdome!) and is surrounded by the best restaurants, art galleries and museums with wraparound window exposures. The building has a 24/7 doorman adding security to your time in the city. Bedrooms feature a king bed and 2 twin beds, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with a relaxing shower / bathtub, linens, hair dryer, etc (additional 2 large RH sofas in living room). There is also a private secured parking space available if needed and the apartment has a washer / dryer. Please note that the apartment is in the process of getting some upgrades, but fully usable & enjoyable in the meantime. Owner nearby property so any issues can be resolved quickly.
