About this property

Modern home! Steps to restaurants and boardwalk! Pets OK!

Have you ever dreamed of living in the Mediterranean where the weather's perfect, the views stunning, the restaurants delicious and everything is a short walk from your doorstep?

Well, you've come to the right house. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath Corinthian Island home is perched on a hillside overlooking the town of Tiburon. You'll find everything you need to make yourself comfortable in this chic ultra-modern light-filled 3,000 square foot home. With the bright red chef's kitchen, full-size pool table, steam shower, spiral staircase, airy loft, high-end vintage and new furniture, you're in for a treat.

After a morning hike in the open space with your dog or a day of tasting in Napa you might return to a glass of wine on the deck overlooking historic Ark Row. Start the grill and entertain friends with a game of pool or meander downtown for happy hour over by the bay. For a night in you can light the outdoor fire pit and watch the flames sparkle while you savor a glass of port or roast marshmallows.

There's no better way to experience the charm of this seaside village than ditching your car and staying in the heart of the excitement. Available for rentals of 30 days or more.

About the host

Host profile image
I'm from San Diego and my husband's from South Carolina but Tiburon has been our home for the past decade. As much as we love living here, we also love to travel.

Our location cannot be beat! We are one of the closest homes to Downtown and often joke that when our children are older we can use the baby monitor to watch them while we get sushi on Main Street.

Looking out our window on the street below we often see our friends walking their dogs and shout hello from our balcony. If we're having a BBQ or a dinner party we may invite them up. Our home is often a mecca for friends and family. We love entertaining, whether it be a New Years Eve dinner party for 20 people or an impromptu game of pool. We hope that you will be able to enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We regularly take advantage of all Tiburon has to offer: hiking in the open space, bike rides and strolls along the waterfront, margaritas on the Sam's Cafe deck, kayaking in the bay, enjoying coffee and pastries next to the ferry terminal before jaunting to San Francisco for chowder at Fisherman's Wharf or fresh cheese and veggies at the Ferry Building.

On the weekends we rarely drive unless we're venturing out to the beach, to Napa for wine tasting or to visit an out-of-town friend. When we do leave, coming home is a pleasure. Even after living here all this time, we still slow down to appreciate the stunning panoramic bay view or to check out the sailing regattas leaving the yacht club below. You won't miss the view as you drive around the second to last turn to arrive at the house. This is also our favorite spot to watch the fireworks.
