Dog-friendly ONLY with a $75 pet fee. This can be paid at the time of booking or after in your guest portal.

This home is a split listing, and there may be guests staying in the first-floor studio, which is off-limits to you at all times, including the downstairs back patio. The entry hallway is shared, so you may see each other, but the units have separate coded entrances and do not share any living spaces.

If you'd like to book the entire townhome, please find "Livin' La Villa Loca" under our profile to check availability.

There is a locked owner's closet on the third floor that is off limits. Ths rest of the unit is yours to enjoy!

Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code as long as the mandatory online check-in form is filled out and the rental agreement is signed.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations, and understand that you are not booking the whole home.

**POOL:
Host does not control the pool temperature or any maintenance required on it as it is maintained by the facility. Pool is not heated during cold months.
Host/owner has no control over temperature, maintenance, or responsibility of the pool.

All guests are expected to follow pool safety rules as posted in the pool area. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements and release host/owner/HOA from all liability.

**There is a camera facing the front door of the home.**

No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, it must be 10 feet away from all doors and windows, and guests are expected to pick up cigarette butts/smoking messes.
No events, parties, weddings, wedding receptions, large group “dinners”, or other large gatherings are allowed. Review additional rules for more info.
No outside guests allowed at any time. Please contact host if you would like someone added to the reservation for liability purposes.
Children must never be left unattended.
Dogs are OK with a fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel nor on furniture or beds. Guests are expected to pick up ALL pet messes inside and out. Pet fee does not cover pet messes.
